The main benefit of having clairaudience skills is being able to connect to the spirit world and have access to the spirits knowledge and wisdom.

You can use your clairaudience abilities:

To help others

Psychics who are clairaudient use their skills to guide others by listening to mediumship messages from the spirit world related to their clients question. This also allows them to center the discussion around topics that are important to the client. To help yourself

Clairaudients can reach out to the Higher Spirits for inner guidance and use their psychic abilities for decision making. If you are at a crossroads or in a difficult situation, you can use this psychic sense to get help from the spirit world. Your spirit team can also offer some intuitive information in case you want to know when something will occur in the future. You can try discussing the options out loud and see which one rings true.

Another, less known benefit to being clairaudient is the ability to tell when someone is lying. The reason behind this is believed to be a link between clairaudience and the fifth chakra, which is closely related to the truth.

Causes And Risk Factors Of Tinnitus

Tinnitus can happen for a lot of reasons. It can stem from something as simple and treatable as an earwax blockage. Stress, anxiety, and some types of infections are associated with the emergence of tinnitus. These conditions also tend to make the experience of tinnitus more noticeable and distressing. Certain tumors can also cause tinnitus.

In most cases, tinnitus is the result of hearing loss. But Zitelli says that tinnitus on its own doesnt necessarily mean youve experienced hearing loss or are going to.

Though doctors dont know for sure whats happening in the brain when someone experiences tinnitus, evidence suggests it could be caused by abnormalities in hearing-related neural circuits of the brain.

Tinnitus could also occur as a result of damage to the ears hair cells. These tiny cells within the ear move in response to sound, and the brain is able to interpret these movements as noise. When these hair cells become damaged which can happen as a result of aging, disease, or a head injury hearing loss can occur, and the hair cells may end up sending false signals to the brain, leading to tinnitus.

Other common causes of tinnitus include:

  • Loud-noise exposure
  • Certain hearing-related conditions or diseases, including those affecting the blood vessels
  • Brain tumors

What You Need To Know If It’s Tinnitus

Although tinnitus can start at any age, it becomes more common as people get older.

It began one night with a high-pitched squeal, one annoying and persistent enough to prevent me from sleeping. When I asked my husband where he thought it was coming from, he said he didn’t hear it, which made sense once I realized the sound was coming from my left ear. Instantly, I guessed what it was: tinnitus. Commonly referred to as ringing in the ears, tinnitus involves the perception of sound when there isnt an external source and can include a buzzing, hissing, whistling, whooshing or clicking tone. It can be temporary or chronic.

And it’s a surprisingly common affliction. More than 50 million people in the U.S. have experienced tinnitus, and about 20 percent of those who have it report that it negatively affects their quality of life, according to the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. Indeed, tinnitus can have substantial ripple effects on how a person feels and functions. During the day the condition can cause sufferers to have trouble focusing or thinking clearly at night, it can lead to trouble sleeping, notes Quinton Gopen, an otolaryngologist at UCLA Medical Center.
