To ensure incoming calls are routed to the Bluetooth hearing aids, calls should be answered using the push button on the hearing aids.
If the above does not resolve the issue, increase the volume of the call using the volume buttons on the phone.
For outgoing calls, the call should be initiated using the smartphone. Depending on the smartphones configuration, the call will be routed to the Bluetooth hearing aids automatically.
If the call isnt automatically routed to the Bluetooth hearing aids, tap on the Bluetooth symbol to enable or disable the transmission to the hearing aids.

Today were going to talk about how to pair your hearing aids with a Bluetooth device.
Hearing aids can be paired with many different devices.
Some devices already have Bluetooth built in, such as cell phones, laptops and tablets.
Other devices dont have Bluetooth built in and would require a Bluetooth adapter, but that would enable devices, such as televisions and even home phone landlines to be connected to your hearing aids.
In todays episode Im going to show you how to connect hearing aids to your cell phone.
Let me start by putting my hearing aids in and turning them on.
Now in my cell phone, Im going to access the screen that allows me to look at my Bluetooth.
So, Im going to go into settingsBluetooth and look for devices.
On the Bluetooth streamer Im going to set it up into pairing mode.
When the streamers in pairing mode it will flash a blue signal.
Once the streamer is flashing a blue signal it may take a few minutes for your cell phone or your Bluetooth device to find the streamer.
So just give it some time.
Once I see the name of my streamer, I click on it and it will ask me for a pairing code.
With hearing aids, the pairing code will always be zero, zero, zero, zero.
There, now Ive paired my hearing aids to my cell phone.
I can now take phone calls hands-free.

How To Switch Bluetooth Hearing Aids To Flight Mode
Flight mode is when Bluetooth is turned off while hearing aids are on. In this mode, hearing aids will not connect to the mobile phone, tablet or computer.
To set Bluetooth wireless hearing aids into flight mode:
